I'm a senior director of experience design at EPAM Continuum, based in Brussels, Belgium. My career began in advertising and I have worked in agencies across the world, first as copywriter and then as creative director where I honed my skills as storyteller and creative leader. Over time I developed an interest in service design as a crucial part of brand expression and now manage a large team of strategists, writers, designers, filmmakers and innovation specialists to bring brands to life in all the exciting new ways that technology affords us. My work centers on making the complicated feel accessible and inspiring. I try to bring a fresh approach to problem-solving, blending storytelling and design to create practical, human-centered outcomes that drive change and help people thrive in an ever-evolving world.
